Are you looking to buy a new home and take advantage of the Buyer Tax Incentive?
April 30, 2010 is the last day a buyer can qualify for the First Time Home Buyer tax incentive of up to $8000. Home buyers that have previously owned a home and lived there for 5 of the past 8 years can qualify for $6500. Are either of these you? Then you must hurry to have a Purchase Agreement written by April 30. All contracts must close by June 30, 2010.
As of right now there has been no rumers of the US government extending this program like they did last fall. I will certainly continue to keep you updated if this status changes!
